Three states noted: the first (Bristol B1480) lacks the words "London printed." in the imprint; verso of title page is blank. The second and third (Evans 6484) have the words "London, printed." in the imprint; in the second, the verso of title page is blank; in the third the verso of the title page has a bookseller's advertisement.
