The only known copy, held by the American Antiquarian Society, is dated in a contemporary hand, January 1, 1787, and has been ascribed to the press of the Massachusetts centinel, printed by Benjamin Russell.
Presumably printed late in 1786 for distribution on or about New Year's Day.
Printed area, including two small oval relief cuts flanking title and row of border ornaments at foot, measures 22.6 x 8.7 cm.
