In the present edition (Evans 14465), there is no comma after the word "Song" in the title, and the fourth line of the sixth stanza begins: O'er hills & dales & mountains high. Another edition (Bristol B4119; Shipton & Mooney 42939) has a comma after "Song" in the title, and the fourth line of the sixth stanza begins: O'er hills and dales & mountains high.
