Rules. Ulster County, ss : At a Court of Common Pleas held at the court-house, in Kingston, in and for the county of Ulster, on the first Tuesday of July, being the sixth day of the same month, 1790, : present, Dirck Wynkoop, Esquire, first judge, Jacob Delametter, Esquire, judge, Johannes Snyder, Esq. assistant justice, of the said court. : The following rules were established for the practice of the said court, and ordered to be entered on the minutes.
