New-York, November 26. Last Sunday night arrived the Lord Hyde packet, in 47 days from Falmouth. From the English papers brought we have extracted the following important advices : London, September 30. The definitive treaty, between Great-Britain and the United States of America, signed at Paris the 3d day of September, 1783.

An Express from Edinburgh. Dublin, March 30th. This day arrived a packet from Great Britain which brought the following advices, viz. Frankfort, March 21. We hear from Friburg, that the Duke of Wirtemberg arrived there the 15th instant to view the fortifications of that place.
Definitive treaty : Sunday evening arrived the Lord Hyde packet, in 40 days from Falmouth, with the definitive treaty between Great Britain and the United States of America, signed at Paris, the 3d day of September, 1783.
