Attributed to Moses Brown by Evans and in NUC. The American Antiquarian Society copy is inscribed: "By ye Revd Mr Brown of Piscataqua." This is presumably Arthur Browne, a Presbyterian minister resident in Portsmouth, N.H., from 1736 until 1772.
