Two states noted. The first has a three-line imprint, the table of distances on page [38], and the list of courts on pages [36-37]. The second has a four-line imprint with the added words: "where also may be had, exceeding neat pocket almanacks, for the year 1759." The table of distances is on page [36] and the list of courts on pages [37-38].
Frontispiece signed H.D., probably Henry Dawkins. The portrait has legend: "Frederick the Third [i.e. Second] the great King of Prussia. J.M. ae. 14 sculp. 1758. Sold by J. Turner, in Arch Street Philadelphia."
