The only known copy, held by the American Antiquarian Society, is signed in ms.: A true extract. W. Ellery, jr. dis. coll. William Ellery was the revenue collector for the district of Newport, R.I., and it is likely that the broadside was printed by Henry Barber, that town's only printer in 1796.
