Congress of the United States: At the second session, begun and held at the city of New-York on Monday the fourth of January, one thousand seven hundred and ninety : An act further to suspend part of an act, entituled, "An act to regulate the collection of duties imposed by law on the tonnage of ships or vessels, and on goods, wares and merchandizes imported into the United States," and to amend the said act.
