Folwell's edition of the Memorial and of the statements as separately issued are not recorded by Evans, but are entered collectively as entry 32977 by Shipton & Mooney. "N.B. The agents appointed by the Illinois and Wabash Companies to manage this business in Congress, are the president and council, viz. James Wilson, Esq. president, Robert Morris, Esq.
