However, Frederick R. Goff includes this broadside among "doubtful" Georgetown imprints in his Early printing in Georgetown (Potomak), 1789-1800 (Proceedings of the American Antiquarian Society 68, 1958: 109-134) and suggests that it may have been printed in Martinsburg by Nathaniel Willis.
