Item Description:"Richard Saunders" is a pseudonym.
The calculator was William Waring. The calculations and astronomical notes on the calendar pages are identical with those in Poor Will's almanack for 1791 (Philadelphia), by Waring, except that the times for the sun are adjusted slightly in most months. There are fewer columns of calculations, and different notes on the length of day. Waring's eclipse predictions are duplicated on page [2].
Advertised in the Pennsylvania gazette, Philadelphia, Sept. 29, 1790.
The Anatomy is the only illustration.
