Regis Magnae Britanniae, Franciae, et Hibeniae, tertio : At a General Assembly, begun and held at the capitol, in the city of Williamsburg, on Monday, the tenth day of February, in the twelfth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, by the grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, &c. Annoque Domini one thousand seven hundred and seventy two, and from thence continued by several prorogations, and convened by proclamation the fourth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy three, being the second session of this present General Assembly.
