| Item Description: | "Thomas More" is a pseudonym. Calculated by John Tobler. The calculations for the sun and moon are identical with those in the South Carolina and Georgia almanack for 1772 (Charlestown), by Tobler, though Poor Tom has typographical errors at the end of January and elsewhere. The astronomical notes on the calendar pages, and the preceding eclipse predictions, are versions of each other in the two almanacs. The Anatomy is the only illustration. Electronic resource. |
