According to Evans, the original plan of publication in weekly numbers was abandoned after a short time (Number 1 was issued Dec. 12, 1789) and the completed work finally published Dec. 1, 1790. Printed in two columns. Signed and paged as two volumes, but bound in a single volume, without separate title page to volume 2. The New Testament begins on pages 281, 2nd count. Four additional pages (gathering (4B)*), numbered *(281)-(284)* inserted after pages 280, 2nd count.
