To Christians of every denomination among us, especially those of the established church, an address : enforcing an inquiry into the grounds of the pretensions of the preachers, called Anabaptists, to an extraordinary mission from heaven to preach the Gospel; recommending a method, by which even the unlearned may engage in and prosecute that inquiry, so as to satisfy themselves whether their pretensions be admissible or not, on Scripture principles; and shewing, that there is but one case, wherein the members of the established church can innocently separate from her communion; together with the sin and danger of separating in any other case. /
