Item Description:Similar in content and format to Bristol B9591, printed after 1799. Lee's advertisements appeared periodically between 1796 and 1814 in the Phenix; or, Windham herald, and the Windham herald, both newspapers published by Byrne. From 1811 to 1814 the Windham herald was jointly published by John Byrne and his son, Samuel Hazard Byrne.
