Carters, porters, and others whom it may concern, are requested to take notice : that the following sections of an ordinance for the regulation of the drivers of carriages and horses in and through the streets, lanes and alleys, within the District of Southwark, enacted the 22d day of September, 1794, will be put in force.
An ordinance, for the suppression of nuisances, for the regulation of the drivers of carriages and horses in and through the streets and alleys, and for regulating the cording of wood, and paying of wharfage for the same, and other commodities landed on the public landing places within the District of Southwark, and for enforcing useful regulations, and other purposes therein mentioned.
