"Recorded Anthology of American Music, Inc." Originally released on Gate 5 Records, Issue A (3rd work) and Issue G (2nd, 4th works) in 1962, and on New World Records NW 214 in 1978 (1st work); this compilation previously released as CRI CD 753 in 1997.
