| Summary: | When in San Pedro de los Saguaros, the mayor is lynched by a group of indigenous people, the old junkyard operator Juan Vargas is named the Temporary Municipal President. This makes him believe that his dream of power is going to come true; but when confronted with the problems of the place, he decides to resign.
