The entire run lacks dates in both individual parts and collected volumes. Volumes 1-3 also have tables of contents. Volume 7 has the colophon: Printed by J. W. Myers, London; volume 8, 10: Printed by Lewis and Co., London; vol. 9: Lewis and Co. printers, London; vol. 11: Lewis and Roden, printers, London; vol. 12: Lewis and Hamblin, printers, London. According to the 'Directions to the binder', this work was issued with 'Wars of England', i.e. 'The naval and military history of the wars of England' by Thomas Mante, and 'History of France' (unidentified).
