By some ministers associate together for the exercise of church-government and discipline in a presbyterial capacity. With an introduction, containing the grounds of their associating into a Presbytery, and the reasons of their emitting this act and testimony. To which is also subjoined, the accession of the Reverend Mr. Ralph Erskine, and the Reverend Mr. Thomas Mair, to the said Presbytery and the present testimony.
