At foot of page 1: "Caulfield sculpt." - After the first page 142 each page has double page numbers, i.e. "138 & 139", up to page 149, the verso of which is page 150, listed in the index on the first page 142; the remainder are leaves printed on the recto, the first two being pp. 151 and 153, the other two leaves unnumbered.
