Part 1 has a drop-head title on page 3: 'Anno primo Jacobi Regis. Cap. XXII. An Act concerning tanners, curriers, shoemakers, and other artificers, occupying the cutting of leather.
Part 2 has drop-head title page 3: 'An act for laying certain duties upon hides and skins, tanned, tawed, or dressed ..' - Part 3 has drop-head title: 'An act for laying addition duties on hides and skins ..' - Part 4, "A table to the acts relating to tanning, &c. and to the duties on hides." has a separate dated title page.
