| Item Description: | The titlepage and dedication are engraved. A duplicate titlepage is inserted after page 49 at the beginning of the 'Georgica'. The verso of page 95 is blank, followed by one page of text, the verso of which contains an illustration. The final six pages contain a description of the plates. Includes: 'P. Virgilii Maronis historia descripta per consules, a. Carolo ruaeo. S.J.' the 'Bucolica and Georgica'. No more of this edition published. A later edition in two volumes, edited by Robert E.
