To which is prefix'd, the speech of the late King James at the opening of the said session. III. An appendix to the late King James Acts: containing an exact list of the lords spiritual and temporal and commons, who fate in the Parliament held in Dublin, in 1689. Also the preamble to the act for restoring the old proprietors to their estates, &c. as it passed the House of Commons. IV. A scheme, humbly offered to the consideration of the Parliament of Ireland, to make the inhabitants of that kingdom a happy and flourishing people, without interferring with any thing that might affect the people of England.
