Risk, G. and A. Ewing, and W. Smith", 1753; all with separate titlepages, pagination and register; and volume 2 contains 'The way of the world', "printed for G. and A. Ewing, W. Smith, J. Exshaw, and H. Bradley", 1759; and 'The judgment of Paris: a masque', "Printed in the year", 1752, which includes 'Semele. An opera' and 'Poems upon several occasions'; the two tracts with separate titlepages, pagination and register.
