Mr Mackgregory's advertisement to gentlemen and ladies. Note, that Mr. Mackgregory having sometime ago ordered the author of the Edinburgh courant, to insert in his paper, under the head of news from Edinburgh, some articles concerning his profession of geography and history, and the languages, and the couranteer having, out of a mistake, chang'd them, plac'd them among his advertisements, and by so doing spoil'd the sense of them, Mr Mackgregory himself has now ordered an advertisement of his own to be publishi'd, which gives an account of the nature of his profession, and is as follows in his own words.
