Continued" titlepage, third edition, 1745, before page 83; part 3, second edition, 1743 breaks off at page 96 to end the first volume; volume 2 after the general titlepage begins with the "Part III. Continued" titlepage, second edition, 1743; part 4, 1742, has a "Part IV. Continued" titlepage, 1743, before page 147 and contains the index "to the whole" as well as 'Material errata' for part 2, second edition; part 3, "first edition"; part 3 (again), second edition; and part 4, "first edition".
