Tonson", and were published in 1726, 1732 and 1735. Volumes 16-20: "In lucem missa de mandato Regio". Volume 16: " .. edidit Robertus Sanderson". Volumes 17-20: ".. Accurante Roberto Sanderson". Volume 17 includes an index to the first 17 volumes and also 'Syllabus seu index actorum manuscriptorum', "Londini: per A. & J. Churchill", 1717, with separate titlepage, pagination and register.
