Evans 26736 records a state with 164 pages and no comma after the word "subject" in the title (Austin 413). Evans 26737 records a state with [2], 164 pages, printed wrappers, and a comma after the word "subject". Austin 414, which may describe this last state, records the comma, but does not mention the [2] preliminary pages, and reports "without the printed wrappers mentioned by Evans." - Blue printed wrappers.
