Description
| Summary: | Profiles the Dinka, a tribe of warriors of the West Nile that calls itself Moinjang: Man of the Men. Shows wedding negotiations, which involve a bride price usually paid in cattle, along with a traditional high-stakes contest to be the fattest man in the land. Also discusses the Dinka's devotion to their ancestral spirits and their struggle to maintain their culture amidst Sudan's civil war and of a thriving slave trade, intensified by famine and extreme poverty.
