| Summary: | Allow viewers to enter and interact with the world of Sally, an inhabitable reponsive narrative character based on the 1930's fan and bubble dancer Sally Rand, through the use of speech recognition and synthesis. In three interactive "zones", viewers manipulate a performance of Sally's bubble dance, hear observations of the Great Depression and consumerism from a chorus of different objects (including 2 bubbles, a chair, a shawl, and a radio), and speak and sing directly to Sally using a microphone. Viewers may also use a keyboard to manipulate Sally's speech, attitude, and facial expressions. |
