Summary:The learning center is a collection of more than 10,00 pages of documents including State Plans, policy papers, reports, curriculum modules, publications and briefing booklets produced by the Minnesota Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities during its twenty-five year history. Parallels in time traces present attitudes and the treatment of people with disabilities, and supplements the first weekend of Partners in Policymaking.
