Optimism and pessimism questionnaire /
The Optimism and Pessimism Questionnaire measures optimism and pessimism in separate subscales. It consisits of 56 items: 18 which indicate optimism, 18 which indicate pessimism and 20 fillers, used to mask the scales' intent. Each item is rated on a four-point Likert scale.
