| Abstract: | Citations include changes during past decades in the prevalence, distribution, and progression of dental caries have implications for diagnosis, treatment, prediction of risk, and prevention in individuals or populations. Traditional approaches for treating carious lesions in a surgical manner are being replaced by newer strategies that emphasize disease prevention and conservation. Citations for this bibliography were gathered from journal articles and conference papers written primarily in English and including both human and animal studies. |
