To implement Title V of the Trade and Development Act of 2000 and to modify the Generalized System of Preferences : communication from the President of the United States transmitting notification of his intention to modify the list of beneficiary developing countries under the Generalized System of Preferences, changing the designation of "western Samoa" to "Samoa" submitted in accordance with section 502(f) of the Trade Act of 1974.
