Comparative evaluation of Cotesia chilonis, Cotesia flavipes and Cotesia sesamiae (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) as potential biological control agents against Gramineous Stemborers in West Africa /

chilonis resembled that of random search whereas, C. sesamiae and C. ravines searched in a nonrandom fashion. Based on the findings that assessed capacity for population increase, development and searching capacity, C. sesamiae should be relatively effective in suppressing S. calamistis population.
