Description
Summary:A search for trileptonic final states from the Wino-Zino
associated production has been performed with the DO Detector
at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab)
Tevatron at a center-of-mass energy of 1.8 TeV. Leptons
included in the analysis are limited to electrons and muons,
defining four different channels : eee, ee[], e[], and [].
Based on approximately 95 pb-1 of data in each channel, no
candidate event is found. Assuming R-parity conservation and
mass relationships : [ ], this null result is translated into
an upper limit of Wino-Zino production times the branching
fraction to any of the trileptonic final states as a function
of M[]. This limit ranges from 0.7 pb for M[]= 45 GeV/C2 to 0.1
pb for M[]= 124 GeV/ C2 . A study to extend the application 1
of this limit using more general assumptions will be
discussed.
