Summary:The following study examines the effect of listening to music
which contains rape-supportive and other misogynist lyrics on
listener's attitudes and mood states. Preceding this is an
examination of the historical literature around the area of
pornography in general, which examines pornography's effects
as it occurs in various types of mediums . Also included is a
discussion of the current zeitgeist in the field and
suggestions for future research.
