Text this: A bill to levy additional taxes, and to aid in carrying into effect the two laws passed on the 17th of February, 1864, one entitled "An act to levy additional taxes for the common defence and support of the government," and the other entitled "An act to reduce the currency, and to authorize a new issue of notes and bonds".
