It presents the work of research scientists at the Hurricane Research Division and officials at the National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, who work to predict the path and intensity of a hurricane in time to warn coastal populations in its path. It includes footage filmed during Hurricanes Andrew and Iniki of 1992.
