A report to the governor of Kansas : by a committee appointed by him to consider means of dealing with urgent water supply problems confronting the state presenting a state program of water resources development containing recommendations for specific measures to deal with current emergency drought conditions and a comprehensive plan to guide needed development of the limited water resources of Kansas so as to secure control, regulation and utilization in the manner best suited to the varied interests of the people of the state /
