A Perfect relation or svmmarie of all the declarations, messages, and answers, passages and proceedings between the Kings Majesty and both Houses of Parliament : as also of all newes, letters and informations touching the Earle of Essex and the Earle of Warwickes proceedings and the estate and fortunes of Ireland : with all other remarkable passages which have hapned both by sea and land in these His Majesties dominions and in sundry other forraine parts.
