The Humble remonstrance and complaint of many thousands of poore distressed prisoners in the prisons in and about the citie of London committed for debt and other uncapitall offences : wherein is plainly declared the insufferable abuses both in fees and other exactions inflicted on poore prisoners by jaylors and such other instruments of law though not of justice : presented to the consideration of the high court of Parliament.
