Each volume has special title page Vol. 1 is dated 1653; vol. 2, 1655; vol. 3, 1656; volumes 4-5 and Appendix, 1657. Engraved frontispiece portrait of Walton signed: Lombart sculpsit; engraved title page signed: W. Hollar fecit. Volumes 1-2 appear on reel 1170, volumes 3-4 on reel 1171, and vols. 5-6 on reel 1172.
