Two declarations of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament : the one, for the raising of all power and force, as well trained bands as other, in the severall counties of this kingdome to lead against all traitors and their adherents, and all such as shall oppose any of His Majesties loving subjects that shall be imployed in this service by either or both Houses of Parliament : the other, that the good subjects of this kingdome may the better discerne their owne danger, and be stirred up with more earnestnesse to assist the Parliament in the maintenance of religion, the common iustice and liberty of the kingdome : also some observations and directions to the knights, gentlemen, and other the inhabitants of Yorkshire, and other northerne counties.
