Item Description:	Report prepared in Marine Ecosystems Analysis Program Office. The original Glass Bead Experiment was planned and carried out in June 1974 by Project NOMES researchers. Abbreviated account of experiment was presented at 1974 Offshore Technology Conference and published as OTC paper 2160. OTC report is backbone of this present report. Pages 1-17 of this present report (ERL 374-MESA 6) give summary and results of that experiment.
