| Summary: | "A change in the classification and numbering of the publications of the Department of agriculture was made in 1935. The old titles Bulletin and Pamphlet will not in future be given to publication. The classification now includes Farmers' bulletins, Household bulletins, Technical bulletins; Circulars; and Acts, orders and regulations. Each class is numbered serially; the Farmers', Household and Technical bulletins, being new classifications, each commences at one; Circulars and Acts, orders and regulations, having formerly carried numbers, continue from the latest number in their respective classes. In addition [the aforementioned sub-series] carry a 'Publication number,' commencing under the new classification with 457, there having been 474 publications under the old classification.
