| Abstract: | In order to provide smooth and comprehensive cross section data for proton reactions in ¹²C and ¹⁴N, differential cross section data sets expressed as a function of the scattering angle at a fixed value of proton energy were extracted from the published literature and fitted with a series of orthogonal polynomials. The coefficients resulting from these fits were again fitted with orthogonal polynomials over all energies and used to generate the cross section surface as a function of scattering angle and incident proton energy. Tables of the cross section surface and the polynomial parameters are given. |
